Challenge
As the Baby Boomer population base edges closer and closer to retirement, the role of good pension management is becoming more critical. Houston Municipal Employees Pension System (HMEPS) was faced with an increasing pool of retirees and an outdated way to keep track of them all. There were too many hand-offs of critical data and streamlining their internal operations had become a major priority.
